What a pipeline is in College Football 27

Every school in CFB27 has a set of regions where it recruits better than everyone else. That's a pipeline. Recruits from a pipeline region start out warmer on your school and your hours go further with them. Pipelines come in tiers from 1 to 5. Tier 5 is the strongest.

Regions, not just states

Big states are split up. Texas is East Texas, North Texas and so on. Florida, California and Georgia are split the same way. Some pipelines cover several states at once. Tidewater is Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and DC. Big Sky is Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and the Dakotas. The map shows the real shape of each one.

How to use this

Type a school. The map lights up every pipeline it has and the list below sorts them from Tier 5 down. Use it two ways. Before you pick a dynasty team, check whether its pipelines sit in talent rich regions. During recruiting, pull up your own map and go after kids from your Tier 5 and Tier 4 regions first. That's where the hours pay off.

Do pipelines change

The pipeline list here is the one every school starts with in CFB27. Your own dynasty can shift them over time as you sign players from new regions.
